1. Product description

This product uses infrared receiving technology and environmental compensation algorithm to realize the measurement of human body temperature or object temperature, and uses distance sensors to compensate for temperature to achieve more accurate measurement. When in use, simply aim the detection window at the measured position to quickly and accurately measure the temperature of a person or object.

This product has the characteristics of wide measuring range, high precision, easy to use, easy to install and cost-effective.

 

2. Scope of application

It is suitable for infrared thermometer, temperature door, face recognition temperature measurement integrated machine, gate, robot, area monitoring and high-precision non-contact temperature measurement and other equipment.

Third, performance indicators

Power supply voltage: DC5V±10%; Measuring range: 32°C~42.9°C;

Response time: <1S; Working temperature: 15°C~35°C;

Measuring distance: 5~50CM; Output mode: serial port output TTL (UART);

Measurement accuracy: 20~ 50cm error is ±0.3°C.

4. Serial port configuration

1. Default baud rate 115200, check bit N, data bit 8, stop bit 1;

2. Change the baud rate setting:

A. Set the module communication baud rate to 9600

Master send: 0xf0 0x4F 0x06 0Xef 0XEE

The slave does not answer, and needs to be powered off and restarted before the baud rate setting takes effect

B. Set the module communication baud rate to 19200

Master send: 0xf0 0x4F 0x07 0Xef 0XEE

The slave does not answer, needs to be powered off and restarted, and the baud rate is set to be born

C. Set the module communication baud rate to 38400

Master send: 0xf0 0x4F 0x08 0Xef 0XEE

The slave does not answer, needs to be powered off and restarted, and the baud rate is set to be born

D. Set the module communication baud rate to 57600

Master send: 0xf0 0x4F 0x09 0Xef 0XEE

The slave does not answer, needs to be powered off and restarted, and the baud rate is set to be born

E. Set the module communication baud rate to 115200

Master send: 0xf0 0x4F 0x0A 0Xef 0XEE

The slave does not answer, needs to be powered off and restarted, and the baud rate is set to be born.

5. Serial port protocol configuration

1. Obtain module temperature data (query method)

Master sending: 0XF0 0X4F 0X01 0XEF 0XEE;

2. Module reply:

Data 1: 0XF0

Data 2: 0X4F

Data 3: 0X00 High bytes of length of all temperature data

Data 4: 0X08 The length of the low byte of all temperature data

Data 5: 0X00-0XFF Temperature High Byte

Data 6: 0X00-0XFF Temperature Low Byte

Data 7: 0X00-0XFF High ambient temperature bytes

Data 8: 0X00-0XFF Ambient temperature low bytes
