(1) Warranty period: The warranty period is 6 years after the completion of the school level acceptance.
Warranty commitment: During the warranty period, the equipment will be delivered to the designated location by our party, and we will be responsible for installing, debugging, and maintaining it according to the school's requirements. At the same time, we will provide free training for operators. If a malfunction occurs during normal use, the company will send technical personnel to the site to provide free repair and replacement of damaged hardware (excluding human factors). The company is responsible for repairing the equipment it provides and will no longer charge fees to the school. Outside the warranty period, if damage is caused by human factors or repair is required after the warranty period, both parties will negotiate the repair method. We guarantee to do our best to support the school's own maintenance to reduce the burden on the school.
The various equipment configured should provide quality assurance and services in accordance with the national "three guarantees" regulations. If any quality issues occur with the provided equipment within one month, it will be refunded free of charge; If serious quality problems occur within three months, they will be replaced free of charge within one day; Free on-site maintenance for any quality or usage issues within six years.
During the warranty period, if the same product or quality issue cannot be used normally after two consecutive repairs, the supplier must replace it with a new machine of the same brand and model.
Provide high-quality teacher training for the school.
During the warranty period, if any parts of the goods are damaged, we guarantee that all parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge. After the warranty period, if any parts of the goods are damaged, we guarantee that all parts will be provided to the user at the factory price.
(2) Service quality: Excellent quality, fast, professional, and effective after-sales service.
(3) Provide lifelong maintenance services, and the company regularly holds some special academic activities, inviting renowned experts to explain the latest achievements, ensuring that the equipment is fully utilized. Whenever the built-in application software or independent software product of the goods is upgraded, we promptly provide guidance or training to relevant technical personnel on the correct use, and guarantee to provide lifelong free upgrade services for the built-in application software of the goods.
(4) During the warranty period, upon receiving a notification of a malfunction in the goods, immediately respond and provide a solution. Repair or replace defective goods or components within 2 hours.
(5) Regular follow-up visits (once every two months), daily maintenance work, etc. After one week of technical on-site service, we will conduct a phone follow-up and regularly (once every two months) send technical personnel to conduct quality inspections, maintenance, and exchange equipment usage opinions with direct users to improve the product.
